V2 needs 59.1 inches (just under 5 feet). V3 is 78.7 inches (6.5 feet). V4 is 98.4 inches (8 feet). V5 is 118.1 inches (nearly 10 feet). V6 is 137.8 inches (11.5 feet). Measure your ceiling height and subtract space for the canopy and any fixtures above.Can I use this over a regular kitchen island?V1 or V2 work fine over a standard 3-foot island if your ceiling is at least 9 feet. V3 and larger need taller ceilings. Keep the bottom of the lowest pendant at least 30 to 36 inches above counter height so people don't hit their heads.What's the footprint when looking up at it?V1 is 3.9 inches wide. V2 spreads to 7.9 inches. V3 is 11.8 inches. V4 is 13.8 inches. V5 is 17.7 inches. V6 is 19.7 inches. Larger variants have more spread, so each head gets room and light spreads wider across the room.Does this come pre-wired or do I need an electrician?All 11 heads on V6 and all pendants on every variant require hardwiring into your ceiling box. This is not a plug-in fixture. A licensed electrician should do the installation. Standard wiring runs through the canopy and down each suspension wire. Sizing & questions Every piece is made to order in our own atelier — here is what most clients ask before choosing theirs. Which size should I choose for my stairwell or foyer?+3 or 5-light (59″–79″ drop) fits 8–10 ft single-story foyers. 7-light (98″) suits two-story stairwells. 9 or 11-light (118″–138″) work best for tall double-height entries. Email your ceiling height for a free layout mockup from our atelier. Can the drop length be adjusted or extended?+Yes. Cables shorten on-site. For drops beyond the standard max (59″–138″), request extended cable when ordering. Our atelier customizes sizing to your space. What are the canopy finish options?+Matte black is standard. Brushed nickel, satin brass, and polished chrome are available on request. Each pairs with natural white alabaster shades and G9 sockets. How do I clean and maintain the alabaster shades?+Alabaster is natural stone with inherent veining and surface variations. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid moisture and harsh cleaners. Veining and color shifts are normal, not defects. What bulbs do you recommend?+We recommend 3–5W G9 LED in 2700K warm white per shade to preserve the alabaster's natural color and light the wide belly evenly. LED and halogen G9 sources are both compatible.
