Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–15 business days after processing. Here's how to follow your package.
1. Check your shipping confirmation email
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder.
2. View your order status
You can also open the order status page from your order confirmation email, or sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout to see your orders and tracking details.
3. Still need help?
Tracking can take 2–5 business days to update after the label is created. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of placing your order, or your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email support@sleepwyn.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
