We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly (about ±0.5–1 in / 1–3 cm) due to manual measuring. Product packaging may differ from the images. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified professional.

4. Electrical products

Lamps and electrical products are intended for use as described on each product page, including voltage and plug type. Hardwired fixtures must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local codes. Always follow the included instructions and safety warnings.

5. Pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars. Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions or availability, and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price — in that case we'll notify you and fully refund any payment. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated and cannot be applied to past orders.

6. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent; if we cancel a paid order, we'll issue a full refund. Payment is due at checkout through the methods shown. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including shipping and applicable taxes.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, as described in our Shipping Policy. We'll help with lost or damaged packages as described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
