Where do your orders ship from?
Our products are fulfilled by partner warehouses, and most items ship from outside the United States. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after your order is processed (1–3 business days). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order to the United States. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Your Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email support@sleepwyn.com with your order number as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Canceled orders are refunded in full.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used pillows, bedding and sleep masks can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email support@sleepwyn.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

How do I choose the right pillow?
Start with how you sleep. Side sleepers often prefer a higher, firmer pillow that fills the space between the shoulder and the ear. Back sleepers tend to like a medium, contoured pillow. Stomach sleepers usually prefer a thin, soft pillow. Each product page lists size, height and materials so you can compare.
Can I wash your bedding and pillow covers?
Care instructions are listed on each product page. Please follow them to keep the fabric at its best.
Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We show products as accurately as possible, but colors can look slightly different depending on your screen settings.
Payment & support
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed by Shopify with encrypted payment processing. We never see or store your full card number.
