V1 hangs 7.9 inches. V2 hangs 59.1 inches. V3 hangs 78.7 inches. Larger variants need taller spaces. Check your ceiling height and where the canopy will mount before ordering.Do the alabaster shades come with bulbs?Shades only. You need to supply standard medium-base bulbs. Check your local code for bulb wattage limits on the number of heads you're using.How do I clean the alabaster?Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Alabaster is porous and soft. Avoid water, chemicals, and abrasive cleaners. Don't soak or scrub the shades.What's the difference between V3 and V4?V3 has 5 heads, 11.8 inches wide, 78.7 inches drop. V4 has 7 heads, 13.8 inches wide, 98.4 inches drop. V4 adds width and 20 inches more vertical reach for larger stairwells. Which size fits a standard two-story stairwell?+A 7 or 9-light works best for ~16 ft stairwells. The 7-light drops 98″, the 9-light 118″. Email your ceiling height for a free layout mockup from our atelier. What are the actual shade dimensions?+Each faceted alabaster shade is 3.9″ wide × 7.9″ tall. The canopy widens with light count: 3-light is 7.9″Ø, 5-light 11.8″Ø, up to 11-light at 19.7″Ø. Can I change the hardware finish from matte black?+Yes. Matte black is standard; we offer brushed nickel, satin brass, and polished chrome on request. Email us when ordering to specify your finish. Can the drop be shortened or extended?+Cables shorten on-site by a licensed electrician. For drops beyond the standard max (138″), request extended cable when ordering; our atelier will accommodate. What light source and wattage does this use?+G9 base. We recommend 3–5W G9 LED in 2700K warm white per shade to preserve the alabaster's natural color and highlight the gem-cut facets.
