V6 (11 lights) goes to 137.8 inches or 11 feet 6 inches. Measure your ceiling height to the obstruction below—you need at least that much clearance plus 6-12 inches for safe bulb changes.Can I use this over a staircase?Yes. The staggered pendants work well in a stairwell opening because they spread light across the full drop distance. Use V4, V5, or V6 if your stairwell is at least 8 feet tall. Confirm the canopy diameter fits your ceiling—V6 is 19.7 inches across.What size is the ceiling canopy?V1 is 5.9 inches. V2 is 7.9 inches. V3 is 11.8 inches. V4 is 13.8 inches. V5 is 17.7 inches. V6 is 19.7 inches. Larger models have larger canopies to anchor more pendants.What kind of bulbs go in these shades?Each shade accepts one standard bulb. The spec sheet that ships with your fixture will list the socket type and wattage limit. Check that before you buy bulbs. What ceiling height do I need for this chandelier?+8–10 ft single-story foyer needs 3 or 5-light (59″–79″ drop). Standard two-story stairwell (~16 ft) needs 7 or 9-light (98″–118″ drop). Tall stairwells or 20+ ft foyers need 11-light (138″ drop). Email your ceiling height for a free layout mockup from our atelier. How many lights and what drop length should I choose?+3-light is 7.9″ diameter × 59″ drop; 5-light is 11.8″ × 79″; 7-light is 13.8″ × 98″; 9-light is 17.7″ × 118″; 11-light is 19.7″ × 138″. Cables shorten on-site; request extended cable for drops beyond standard max when ordering. Can I customize the canopy finish?+Yes. Black is the standard, but matte brass, brushed nickel, and satin gold finishes are available on request. Email our atelier with your preferred finish when ordering for a custom build. What bulbs work, and can I change them later?+Each pillow uses one E26/E27 medium-base bulb — LED, Edison, or candle. Use 4–6W E26/E27 LED in 2700K warm white to preserve alabaster's natural color. Bulbs are swappable, so change them as the room evolves. Is this chandelier hard to clean?+Natural alabaster has inherent veining and surface variations that add character. Gently dust pillows with a soft cloth. Alabaster is a natural stone, so minor color shifts and marks are normal and not defects.
