Triac dimming is available as a build option, so you can dim to whatever brightness suits your space.Can I adjust the chain length or how low the cubes hang?Yes. Each cube hangs from its own chain, so you can set them at different heights during installation. Tell us your ceiling height when you order and we'll cut the chains to fit your space.Can this work on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?The standard canopy is built for flat ceilings. We can build a custom canopy for a sloped or vaulted ceiling—just give us the pitch of your ceiling before you order and we'll set it up to hang straight.Does this run on standard US household power?Yes. This fixture is hardwired to your ceiling electrical box at AC 110–240V, so an electrician connects it directly to your home's power.Is this approved for use in the US and do you ship here?Yes to both. What size chandelier do I need for my dining table?+Choose head count based on table length: 1–2 heads for tables under 4 ft, 3–5 heads for 4–6 ft tables, 7–9 heads for 6–8 ft tables, and 9–13 heads for larger gatherings. Each cube is ∅ 4.7″. We customize at our atelier if you need a specific arrangement. How much ceiling height do I need?+Chains adjust to 39.4″ and can be extended upon request for higher ceilings. Measure from ceiling to desired light position; taller foyers and double-height spaces benefit from longer drops for visual impact. Can I customize the number of heads or chain length?+Yes. We offer 1 to 13 heads, and chains are extendable beyond the standard 39.4″. Every fixture is hand-built in our atelier—contact us to discuss your exact layout and ceiling requirements. What material are the cube shades?+Shades are alabaster with marble-like translucency, diffusing warm ambient light. Alabaster patterns vary by product. Black metal frames and white shades are standard; LED or Edison E14 bulbs work with this fixture. How do I clean and maintain this chandelier?+Dust the alabaster shades and black chains regularly with a soft cloth. LED bulbs last longer and require less frequent replacement.
