The Tavon Cantilever Wall Light by Vakkerlight is a quiet study of balance, material, and proportion. Inspired by architectural cantilever structures, its extended wooden arm projects outward with a sense of calm precision, creating a floating visual rhythm against the wall. Crafted from natural solid wood, the wall-mounted arm showcases refined joinery and subtle grain variation, while the suspended stone shade adds weight and texture in contrast. The softly curved stone diffuser filters light downward, producing a warm, intimate glow that feels both grounded and atmospheric. Travertine: It is formed in the natural environment through complex physical and chemical changes, coupled with the evolution of geological movements. What are the three size options?+Model A projects 6.9″ from the wall. Model B projects 12.2″. Model C extends 12.2″ then 11″ further, ideal for larger visual impact. All three have a ∅ 5.9″ × H 7.1″ shade. Which wood finish should I choose?+Wood Color is a natural light tone; Walnut Wood is darker and richer. Both are solid wood with visible grain. Choose based on your décor—lighter finishes pair with Scandinavian or modern interiors, walnut suits warm, traditional rooms. Can this sconce be custom-made to my specifications?+Yes. Tavon is hand-built in our atelier and can be customized. Contact us to discuss projection length, wood species, or finish adjustments that suit your space. What light source does it use?+The sconce accepts a G9 LED bulb or Edison bulb. LED provides warm, efficient light; Edison bulbs offer vintage character. Both are user-replaceable. How is it installed and controlled?+Tavon is hardwired to a standard wall switch (not included). It can also be paired with a pull-chain switch. Installation requires an electrician to connect to your wall circuit.
