For a 2-story foyer, the 18-light version (Ø 15.7″ × H 59.1″) is designed so the lowest star sits about 7 ft above the floor. Over a staircase, the strands cascade at different heights following the stair line. For single corners or bedside use, choose the 2- or 3-light versions. Can I customize the number of lights and drop length? Yes. Starfall is made to order — we can build any light count and cut every cable to your specified length at no extra charge. Send your ceiling height and a photo of the space, and our team proposes a free drop plan. How low should the lowest star hang in a stairwell? Keep the lowest star at least 7 ft (213 cm) above the finished floor in walking areas. Along a staircase you can drop lower to follow the stairs, as long as every star clears the handrail line by about 3 ft. Will I ever have to change a bulb over the stairs? No. Every star has its own built-in warm LED — there are no bulbs to replace, so you never have to get a ladder onto the staircase. What are the star heads made of? What sizes does the Starfall chandelier come in?+ Four options: 2-lights ∅ 4.7″ × H 47.2″; 3-lights ∅ 4.7″ × H 59.1″; 3-lights ∅ 15.7″ × H 47.2″; and 18-lights ∅ 15.7″ × H 59.1″. Custom sizing available from our atelier upon request. What ceiling height do I need for the Starfall chandelier?+ Minimum 9.5 feet. The fixture has 59″ of adjustable cable, so you can extend or shorten the drop. Contact our atelier to customize the cable length for your exact ceiling height. Will the Starfall work above a double-height stairwell?+ Yes. The 18-light version (H 59.1″) is designed for tall staircase voids. The 3-light versions suit mid-range heights. Discuss your stairwell dimensions with us for the best fit. What are the colors and finishes available?+ Chrome body with clear crystal shades. Warm light (3000K) is standard. The design emphasizes minimalist elegance through its metal-and-crystal construction. How is the Starfall installed, and can the cable length be adjusted?+ Hardwired ceiling mount with 59″ of adjustable hanging cable. Can be lengthened as required.
