Cassius Wall Sconce

A closer fit for your
everyday comfort.

Black travertine, walnut, and brass — industrial flair, timeless precision. The Cassius Wall Sconce exudes a sophisticated industrial flair with its sleek cylindrical design. The interplay of materials — polished brass, dark matte metal, and warm wood — creates a visually striking contrast that is both minimal and bold. With its adjustable arm, the Cassius allows for versatile lighting, whether illuminating a corner or highlighting artwork. About the black travertine — genuine natural stone with a matte black surface finish The body of this sconce is made from genuine travertine stone. To create a deep, even black aesthetic, the stone surface is finished with a matte black coating — rather than left in its natural off-white state. This is an intentional design choice: the weight, density, and natural pore structure of genuine travertine are preserved, while the surface colour is controlled. The entire stone presents a consistent matte black — this is exactly as it was designed to be. Natural travertine — formed by geological processes Travertine is formed in the natural environment through thousands of years of complex physical and chemical processes. Even beneath the black surface, the pore distribution and stone characteristics of each piece remain entirely unique. 🔍 These are all natural phenomenon · click to enlarge Features Black Travertine Genuine stone — matte black surface, natural pore structure, real weight. Adjustable Arm Flexible positioning — direct light toward artwork, a corner, or a reading chair. Walnut Wood Warm walnut mount contrasts the dark stone — organic warmth meets raw mineral.
