Installation Notes：When installing the leaves, be sure to add gaskets to fix them, otherwise the motor copper wire will be damaged. Friendly Reminder This fan light cannot be installed on a ceiling with joists + gypsum board or wood panels (may cause noise and wobbling issues). This fan light cannot be installed on prefabricated ceilings (installation on cement concrete and solid wood beams is acceptable). If the installation surface has round or square grooves, please inform customer service of the groove's diameter and depth. Sloped ceilings cannot be installed; the beam width should be at least 6 cm and the ceiling must support over 20 kg. What ceiling height do I need for this fan light?+The Tropi Glow stands 17.7″ tall. Ensure at least 7 feet of clearance from the blades to the floor. A downrod version is available for higher ceilings; contact our atelier for sloped-ceiling compatibility. How do I control the fan and lights?+The fan includes handheld remote control with 6-speed fan settings. For wall control, purchase our Wireless Wall Switch separately—standard home switches are not compatible with this model's receiver. Can I use different light bulbs or dim the fixture?+The fixture uses E26 or E27 base bulbs (LED or Edison). Triac dimming is available as a build-to-order option in our atelier.
