For multi-pendant installs over an island, space pendant centers 24–30″ apart and leave at least 6″ from the island edge to the first pendant. For ambient lighting, yes. With 2700K–3000K E12 or E14 LED bulbs (40W equivalent each), one Model B or a 2/3-light linear configuration provides soft, glare-free coverage over a standard 5–8 ft island. For dedicated task lighting, pair with under-cabinet strips. What size should I choose for my kitchen island or dining table? Match pendant diameter to roughly one-third of the island width. For a 6 ft island, the 2-light linear (∅ 9.8″ × 47.2″) works well. For 8+ ft islands, the 3-light wide (∅ 15.7″ × 59.1″). Hang 30–36″ above the counter. Can this pendant be installed in a bathroom or covered outdoor area? No. The fixture is IP20-rated — indoor dry locations only. Alabaster is a porous natural stone; humidity from showers, steam, or outdoor exposure can stain or degrade the shade and voids the warranty. For damp-rated alternatives, contact our team.
