About the travertine — genuine natural stone in two finishes The stone column of this pendant is made from genuine travertine. The Natural Beige variant presents the stone in its authentic warm off-white colour — no coating applied. The Black Travertine variant has a matte black surface coating applied to the genuine stone to achieve the deep, uniform dark aesthetic. In both cases, the weight, density, and natural pore structure of genuine travertine are fully preserved. The Black Travertine + Matte Black version uses the same stone with a matte black coating and a matte black metal diffuser — a bolder, monochromatic industrial aesthetic. Is the Natural Beige version coated? No — the Natural Beige variant shows the travertine's authentic warm colour without any surface coating.
