Notes*：The fan light has a downrod version. If you need to install it on a sloped ceiling, please contact customer service for compatible accessories. Installation Notes：When installing the leaves, be sure to add gaskets to fix them, otherwise the motor copper wire will be damaged. Friendly Reminder This fan light cannot be installed on a ceiling with joists + gypsum board or wood panels (may cause noise and wobbling issues). This fan light cannot be installed on prefabricated ceilings (installation on cement concrete and solid wood beams is acceptable). If the installation surface has round or square grooves, please inform customer service of the groove's diameter and depth. Sloped ceilings cannot be installed; the beam width should be at least 6 cm and the ceiling must support over 20 kg. The canopy and motor assembly sit flush to the ceiling, with palm blades extending fully at that span. Can I control this fan with a standard wall switch?+No. The Tropiluxe comes with a handheld remote and an internal receiver. For wall control, you must purchase our Wireless Wall Switch separately. Standard switches are incompatible with this motor. What ceiling type does this fan require?+Install only on solid concrete or solid wood beams. Not suitable for drywall + joists, prefabricated, or sloped ceilings. Beam width must be at least 6 cm and support 20+ kg. Contact us for sloped-ceiling accessories. What light sources does it use?+The Tropiluxe accepts E26 or E27 LED bulbs or Edison-style bulbs in dual sockets. Both are standard replaceable sources; choose your preferred color temperature and wattage.
