We offer four standard drops from 39.4" to 72.8", and we build custom lengths to your ceiling height. Tell us your height before ordering and we'll cut the cables to fit your room.Will this work on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?The standard canopy fits a flat ceiling. We can build a custom canopy for a pitched or vaulted ceiling—just give us the pitch before ordering.Does this run on US household power?This is hardwired to your ceiling electrical box by an electrician, not plugged into an outlet. It runs on standard US household voltage.Is this approved for US use and do you ship here?Yes to both. We ship free to all 50 states. This fixture is certified for North America. Sizing & questions Every piece is made to order in our own atelier — here is what most clients ask before choosing theirs. What ceiling height do I need for each size?+Size A (39.4″ drop) suits 11+ ft ceilings. Size B (47.2″) requires 12+ ft. Size C (57.1″) needs 13+ ft or 2-story void. Size D (72.8″) requires 15+ ft or 3-story atrium. Chain is adjustable up to 11.8″, extendable on request. How much does this chandelier weigh and what installation support is required?+The smallest size weighs 37 kg / 81 lb; larger sizes are proportionally heavier. A heavy-duty fixture-rated junction box anchored to a ceiling joist is mandatory—standard drywall boxes cannot support this load. Confirm with your electrician before ordering. Is the nickel finish customizable?+The Cascada Spiral comes standard in polished nickel & clear glass. Custom frame finish colors are available on request through our atelier—contact us with your preferred finish for a made-to-order build. What bulbs does this fixture use and how many?+Small candelabra base bulbs, max 15 W per socket. Warm white LED bulbs are recommended. Bulbs are not included; the fixture is hardwired and assembled on-site with bulbs installed during setup. How is this fixture shipped and installed?+Ships via LTL freight in a custom protective crate. Installation is hardwired by a licensed electrician—typically a 2–3 person job. Each glass tube is individually packed and assembled in spiral sequence on-site for safety and precision.
