Does it dim? The lamp uses a simple push-button on/off switch. Dimming depends on the bulb: purchase a dimmable LED or Edison bulb to add dimming control. Where is the switch and how long is the cord? Push-button switch is built into the lamp head. The power cord is 59 inches long with a plug; we can make custom lengths—contact support@vakkerlight.com. What height surface does it suit? At 16.1 inches tall with a 7.5-inch base, it works on standard desks, nightstands, and tables. The narrow footprint fits tight spaces.
