The base and crescent accent are metal, finished in electroplated and polished gold.Can I dim this lamp?Dimming depends on the bulb. The lamp itself has a push-button on/off switch. If you purchase a dimmable LED or Edison bulb, you can dim by replacing the bulb with a dimming model.Where is the switch and how long is the cord?The push-button switch is on the cord. The supplied cord is 150cm long.
